Overview

Traq Software was established in 1997 to develop proprietary software for Blake, where APT v1 was developed as an internal system for Blake’s Contact Centers. 

In 2003, Traq Software rebranded as Interactive Solutions and APT was marketed to external clients.

 The initial focus of Interactive Solutions was on the enhancement and maintenance of their proprietary software, APT. Due to the variety of clients and the entrepreneurial behavior of its shareholders, Interactive Solutions is not only “APT” but a development house, capable of offering the following:

  • Software development (enhancements of APT and bespoke development)
    •  Integrations between systems
    •  Web development
    • Winforms development
    • Database / ODS creation and maintenance
  • Business consulting (Primarily in the contact center and BPO industry)
  • Technical expertise
