ADRS

ADRS is a company established to manage a network of debt collection contractors and attorneys contracted by it to perform debt collection and related services throughout South Africa on behalf of clients in the retail and credit industry.

 
Interactive Solutions has written a solution called ADRS that integrates with the APT to manage & co-ordinate the recovery of debt through the automatic allocation of accounts to collectors.
 
 
This is done by assigning collectors to a magisterial district and then giving them a ratio of the number of accounts they can successfully process. The accounts themselves are automatically linked to a magisterial district and proportionally allocated to the collectors.

The collectors then have the ability to assign the individual accounts to field agents to physically visit the debtor and report back to the ADRS system. All reporting including commission reports per client and/or per collector are generated from the ADRS system.
