CCI (Call Centres International) is an international call centre based in Durban. They specialise in the operation of outbound, inbound and blended multi channel contact centres.
They support some of the UK’s leading brands, primarily in the mobile, technology, telecommunications and financial industry sectors. 100 000s of leads are sent from the UK in batches, which are loaded onto the Marketing version of APT. APT has also optimised contactability with automated business rules.
Agents then log onto APT and attempt to sell telephony packages to clients in the UK using scripts. Interactive Solutions has developed a web based capture form in order to process these sales. APT captures and tracks all calls (dispositions) & sales information. This is then reported on back to management and CCI clients.
APT is also integrated with a dialler to ensure smooth contact with the client with minimal time lag between calls.
