MFS use APT to manage their debt collection process and their agents. Accounts are loaded and consolidated from two source systems. The APT intelligence engine goes to work and determines by way of a strategy which accounts should be called or correspondence sent to.
 
 
All accounts from the welcome call (new accounts), 8 day in arrear accounts to accounts that have been outsourced are managed through APT.
