Overview



 

ActiveRISK is a web based product which follows a designed but flexible workflow to evaluate the risk of providing credit to a potential customer. 

 
By recording all required details and calculation outcomes, ActiveRisk ensures that credit providers are comfortable with the knowledge that all stages in the process are completed and that individuals contact details are recorded.
 
 
 


 
The system allows for communication to a credit bureau and storage of this information to be passed through to ActiveRISK.  This information is then used by the system to assist with evaluating the risks involved with providing credit. ActiveRISK can automatically processes initial risk checks based on information received by SMS, or alternatively will allow an agent to process these checks manually. Communication between all parties may be done through email, SMS or fax.
 
Interactive Solutions offer an integrated collection product which minimises the risk of providing credit.  Once a customer has qualified and been paid out you can then track the history of payments from as well as communications with your customer through APT Collections.
