IS 911 is a web based product and follows a designed but flexible workflow to facilitate the creation of change requests to create and manage tasks and incidents through all parts of the business.

 
These Change requests can come directly from clients through the web page or through intercompany requirements.
 
 
 


 
The system allows for email communication and tracking on each request so current status and point in the workflow can be easily ascertained allowing for easy escalation and the ability to identify bottlenecks within the company support structure, This also allows for a quotation and acceptance module depending on workflow criteria.
 
IS911 allows individual users to enter timesheets based on the Change Request they are working on. This allows management the ability to track efficiency of the work as well as the timeframes taken from creation to resolution of incidents. This can be translated into Billable hours for invoicing.
